Cheese Sauce

Melt 2 oz. butter.
Add 1/3 cup flour and cook 5 min.
Saute and add:

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cups milk
1 tsp. salt

Fold in 2 cups grated cheese and heat until thickened.

This works well for a quick meal served over ham and broccoli or asparagus on toast.
