Orange Pork Chops

Season 4 chops ( 3/4 to 1 in.) with salt, pepper and paprika
Brown both sides on medium high heat.
Turn down heat.
Add 4 T. water. Cover and simmer on low for 45 minutes.

Glaze: Heat in a saucepan, and cook until thickened and serve over chops:

5 T. sugar
1 1/2 t. cornstarch
1/4 t. salt
1/4 tsp. cinammon
10 cloves
2 tsp. orange rind
1/2 cup orange juice
