Salt and pepper chops and saute 5 min. on each side.
Simmer in 1 1/2 cups cider and 2 1/4 T. brown sugar for 3 minutes.
Remove chops and add:
3 T. cider vinegar
3/4 tsp. mustard seeds
Boil down to 1/3 cup.
Return chops to pan and cook 2 min. more.
Test for doneness.
