Baked Parmesan Tarragon Fish

Roll 1 1/2-2 lb. fish filets (flounder) and secure with toothpicks and place in uncovered casserole dish.

Mix together and top with:

1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup sour cream
1.4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp. tarragon
optional scallions on top

Bake at 350 for 20-30 min.
