Apple Cranberry Tart for a Crowd

Make crust for double layer tart for a 12 by 16 inch pan. (Ref. Daphne Taylor's whacking good tart)

Roll bottom crust and top with filling:

5 1/2 lb. sliced apples, peeled
12 oz. cranberries
1 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup all purpose flour
1 1/3  tsp. cinammon
2/3 tsp nutmeg
1/3 cup honey

Dot with butter.
Place top crust and pinch edges together. Brush with egg and water. Sprinkle sugar.
Bake at 425 for 15 min. then lower temperature to 350 and bake 45 minutes longer.
