Pecan Pie

Blend in Mixer:

1 cup sugar
2 oz. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Add:

4-5 eggs
1/2 pint dark corn syrup (1cup)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Add 6 oz. pecans

Pour into 9 in. pie crust. Gake at 450 for 10 minutes, then lower oven to 350 for 40 minutes or until center tests clean with knife tip.
