Peach Pie

Prepare crust for double creusted 9 in. pie

Toss in bowl:

2 cups sliced peeled peaches
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour for fresh juicy peaches, or 1/3 cups flour for frozen peaches
1/4 tsp. cinammon
3/4 tsp. cinammon
3/4 tsp. lemon juice

Proceed as for any 2 crusted pie. 425 for 45 minutes.Watch crust edge and foil if necessary around edge.
