Apple Sour Cream Custard Pie

In large bowl, sift together:

2 T. flour
3/4 cups sugar
3/4 tsp. cinammon
1/8 tsp. salt

Stir in:

1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sour cream

Fold in 6 medium sliced and peeled apples.

Place in an unbaked 9 in. pie shell. Bake at 400 for 15 min.
Add streusel topping and bake at 350 for another 30 minutes.

Streusel Topping:

Knead together with fingers:

1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 tsp. cinammon
1/4 cup butter
