This recipe is for a deep 10 inch pan.
Prepare crust for 10 inch double crusted pie.
Slice and peel 8 cups apples, tossed in 1 T.lemon juice (approximately 7 large apples)
Place in bowl along with:
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cups whited sugar
2 T. flour
1 tsp. cinammon
1/6 cup honey
Proceed as for any double crusted pie.
Bake at 425 for 50 minutes.
