Cream Cheese Frosting

Simple Cream Cheese Frosting #1 (This one is less rich with more cream cheese texture and hardens when refrigerated)

Beat together:

6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 lb. confectioner's sugar
6 T. honey
1 T. vanilla

Butter and Cream Cheese Frosting #2 (This one is sweeter and richer with a hint of cream cheese taste)

Beat together:

6 oz. softened cream cheese
1 cup softened butter
1 T. vanilla
4 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
