Graham Crusts

This recipe makes 3 10 in. graham cracker crusts.
You can substitute gingersnaps for a variation, but watch the cooking time.

Combine in processor:

3 3/4 cups crumbs
1 cup butter, melted and cooled
1/2 cup + 1 T. sugar

Chill or bake for 5 min. in a 350 oven if desired.
