Cream together:

2 sticks unsalted butter
3/4 cup light brown sugar

Add:

2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
rind of 2 oranges
juice of 2 oranges

Add:

1 3/4 cups flour
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt (use only 1/2 if using salted butter)

Fold in 12 oz. chocolate chips.

Bake in regular oven at 375 for 15 min.
Makes 18 jumbo cookies
