Mrs. Wunderlich's Spritz Cookies


2 lb. unsalted buter, softened
2 cups sugar

Add  and beat in 4 eggs.

Add 7 cups all purpose flour and 1 1/2 cups cake flour.

Do not refrigerate dough.
Use in pastry bag for desired shapes or with a cookie gun.

Bake at 350-375 until edges are lightly browned.
