Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Grease and flour a 10 inch bundt cake pan.

Cream:

1 cup sugar
1 cup butter

Add 3 eggs.

Sift together and alternately add, beginning and ending with dry ingredients:

2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
pinch salt

1 cup sour cream with 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Pour half of batter in pan, and in the center, add cinammon sugar and nuts and raisins and cherries.

Top with favorite streusel. Bake at 350 for 45 min. - 1 hr..

Variations:

Substitute fresh chopped fruit  or blueberries to the center.
Add peeled sliced apples or  halved plums or apricots into top of cake.
