Pineapple Sheet Cake

Grease and flour a 9 by 13 in. pan

Mix together;

2 cups flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cups oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can crushed pineapple and juice
optional cup chopped walnuts

Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.

When cool, top with whipped cream or cream cheese frosting and nuts and or toasted coconut if desired.
This can be frozen or refrigerated, but serve thawed if you choose to freeze cake.
