Line a dozen cupcake pan with papers.
Melt together:over medium heat about 1 minute, and let cool
6 oz. semisweet chocolate or chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons butter
Beat together: in a mixer until a thick yellow ribbon falls from the beater, about 5 minutes:
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs
2 Tblsp. Grand Marnier or other orange liquer
Gently fold in 1/4 cup all purpose flour., sifted over above mixture.
Fold in chocolate mixture.
Cover and chill for at least 25 minutes, but can also be made a day ahead and chilled until just before ready to bake and serve.
Preheat oven to 400.
Bake 7-10 minutes, or until they crack and a toothpick inserted in the center tests clean.
Serve with Whipped Cream.
These can also be frosted with a mocha buttercream and served at a later time, for they do keep well in the refrigerator.
