Carrot Cake

Beat Well:

1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar


4 beaten eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder

Fold in 1 lb. grated carrots and raisins or currants and/or nuts as desired.

Bake in greased 10 inch tube pan for 1 hr. at 350.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
