Blueberry Cake with Cream cheese chunks

Grease 9 by 13 in. pan.

Beat until softened:

1 1/4 cup sugar
1 stick butter

Add 2 eggs

Alternately add dry ingredients with milk, beginning and ending with flour:

2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. slat

3/4 cup milk

Fold in 2 cups berries, coated in 1/4 cup flour.

Fold in 8 oz. softened cream cheese in chunks.

Bake at 350-375 for 55 minutes.
