This recipe is a custardy pancake from Finland.

Melt 4 oz. butter and spread it over a 12 by 16 inch half sheet pan.

Heat 4 cups of milk.

Mix in:

 5 beaten eggs
1/2 cup sugar.

Gradually add:

1 cup flour
1  tsp. vanilla

Pour onto the sheet pan near the oven so you don't spill it!

Bake at 400 for 10 min. then reduce oven to 350 and bake for 40 min.

Serve with maple syrup or jam.
