4 cups King Arthur White Bread Flour
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup oats
6 T. sesame seeds
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1T. + 1t. instant dry yeast (or 1 package dry yeast dissolved in 1 T. water)
2 cups water
4T. vegetable oil
Knead in more flour if needed, but dough ought to be smooth and supple.
Proceed as for any bread; Let rise until double in bulk, punch down and shape into loaves and let rise again until risen above edge of pan.
Yield two loaves in 8 1/2 by 4 1/2 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
