Multigrain Bread

Dissolve 1 T. instant dry  yeast in 2 cups water.

1 T. honey
1 T. sourdough enhancer
1 T. salt

Pour into the mixer with:

1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup pumpernickel flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup caraway seeds
one small well dreained can of corn if desired

Beat for 2 minutes.
Add 4 cups bread flour and knead for 8-10 minutes, adding more flour as needed.
Let rise in buttered bowls until double in bulk. Punch down and shape into rounds or place in pans.
Slit tops to let steam escape.
Brush with water.

Bake at 375 for 35 minuteds.
