Magarita Mustard Black Bean Dip
2  15 oz. cans black beans, drained and rinsed
3 T. olive oil
1/4 cup Margarita mustard (substitute Dijon with 2 T. lime juice)
1/4 cup cilantro, diced
1/4 cups sweet or red onion, diced
1/2 cup salsa
salt and pepper to taste
